3. Appointment Booking & Slot Policy

To maintain fairness and clinical efficiency across all patient schedules:

• Slot Capacity: Time slots operate on strict capacity limits. Full or unavailable slots cannot be booked.
• Accurate Information: Patients must provide accurate personal, contact, and health assessment details during booking.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time, subject to slot availability.
